The hotel is located between 2 nice beaches, Trou aux Biches and Mon Choisy Beach, both within walking distance of the hotel (1-5min). A bus stop is also very close to the hotel so you can easily get to Grand Baie for example (10-15min by bus for @0.7euro/pers). All staff members were friendly and helpful. We encountered no problems at all, they all spoke English and French so communication wasn't an issue. The rooms were cleaned daily and we received 2 bottles of freshwater each day (0.5l), which was nice. The restaurant is positioned towards the ocean so you can enjoy a nice view, especially of the sunset. The a la carte menu had enough options to choose from and everything we ordered was great, well prepared, tasty and at reasonable prices (same prices as everywhere else on the island). We requested a late checkout @16:00, but unfortunately no rooms were available so we were given the option to use the hotel bathroom and towels, free of charge, which allowed us to enjoy our last day in Mauritius on the beach. We did not discuss this in advance with the hotel staff so it was nice of them to accommodate our request.

Room was great with a lovely sea view (all rooms have partial sea view). Restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch. The Infinity Pool is lovely and virtually on the beach. The beach was 10 metres away and perfect. The staff were the most amazing and welcoming people. I cannot thank Andy the General Manager enough as I arrived straight from a Mauritius Hospital with a Deep Vein Thrombosis and he immediately made sure I was comfortable and looked after. During my short 3 day convalesce, Andy constantly checked on my well being and his fantastic staff couldn't have made me more comfortable.

The food in the restaurant was very tasty, a three course menu was available for dinner (half board). The sky bar offers a beautiful view of the sunset. The Mont Choisy public beach is right next to the hotel, it is very long so you have a lot of space for yourself, there are also trees that provide shade. You can buy local food, drinks and ice cream on the beach. Bus station is right next to the hotel.

From check in to check out everything was perfect. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Super friendly throughout. The breakfast was superb and didn't get boring during our 10 day stay. We also enjoyed many lunches and dinners in the most beautiful setting. The rooms were cleaned and freshened daily. Mount Choisy beach is one of the most beautiful on the island and we were lucky to be right on it. Beach access for swimming is a short walk but a beautiful one. I would come back here in a heartbeat

The fresh fish dishes were delicious, and I appreciated the availability of almond milk for my morning cappuccino. The location is perfect - nestled between two magnificent beaches (Mont Choisy right next door and Trou aux Biches just a pleasant 15-20 minute coastal walk away), making it an ideal spot for beach lovers.
